will need a copy of of Acrobat Reader 3.0 or higher to print a menu.
The Acrobat Reader is distributed with many programs. You can
download it for free. (Available for PC and Macs)

It may take several minutes for some of the menu
to load. Please be
patient. Once the menu is loaded into the Acrobat
Reader you can print
